Not updating magazine

Got the annual subscription and my magazine (new number) arrived by mail several days ago and cant download the online version, it is simply not available. Sent an email asking. no response yet will update soon.

Cant turn the magazine or zoom in better if they gave me just a PDF at least that way I would be able to zoom and rotate!
